Tonight I watched an old Dracula flick from the Hammer studios: ‘The Satanic Rites of Dracula‘, with Christopher Lee as the count. A very dated, rather slow movie by today’s standards. This time they moved the story to contemporary times, i.e. London in the 70’s. A rather unbelievable plot – which really is one of the joys of these movies. It’s always nice to see Lee in action since I am a real Dracula fan.

I liked this movie as it was set in the 20th century and pitted Van Helsing and Count Dracula together, it was sad that it was going to be the last time both actors did anything like this.
@Anonymous Yeah too bad. Lee did quite a long run on Dracula though. Seven movies or so.
